Bye Bye Stress: A Breathing & Meditation Workshop


Whether you’re working a 9-5 or running your own business, work stress can be crippling, causing your performance to suffer and affecting your motivation to work.

Named the disease of the 21st century, stress can have dire health effects if not addressed in time: raising blood pressure, reducing brain function, and increasing the risk of heart disease.

This workshop will help you understand stress and its root cause. You’ll learn the importance of and experience different breathing techniques and using meditation in reducing stress, enabling you to make positive changes to your lifestyle.

About the instructor:

Sunil Mogra is a Senior Manager at Alghanim Industries, managing departments such as Demand Planning, Operational Excellence & SAP Master Data. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & a Theory of Constraints Expert.

Sunil has been practicing breathing techniques and meditation for the past 10 years, and has been teaching them in Kuwait & India for over 7 years. He has taught more than 300 people across nationalities and age groups, and many have seen profound changes and are leading healthier and happier lives.
