The secret to startups is the element of uncertainty they carry. Uncertainty needs testing and with testing comes possible solutions; iteration is the living ingredient to any startup. This is where design thinking comes in place, a new approach to problem solving in today’s market. Participants will get a taste of using design thinking as a way to study the current context they are tackling, define a specific problem, extract opportunities, and test the most promising ideas. In three days, participants to learn to (1) create empathy with their target, (2) make sense of their findings by visualizing, (3) look at problems as opportunities, and (4) reach the desired result from their product or service.
