Workshop 2: Leaders vs. Managers
In the business world, the terms ‘leaders’ and ‘managers’ are often used interchangeably, but each comes with its own set of skills and visions.
This workshop will emphasize the differences between leaders and managers, and teach participants to identify when it is necessary to assume either role.

Workshop 3: Leadership and Identity
A leader’s identity can shape an organization’s culture, whether to be strong, or creative, or toxic. Company culture in turn affects employee performance, and subsequently make or break an organization.
