In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be introduced to the art of sculpting, transforming a block of clay into an expressive caricature head. It may seem intimidating at first, but once you get a hang of the process, you’ll be creating fun masterpieces in no time.

- How to sculpt with water-based or oil-based clay, and understand which suits you best
- Techniques of constructing a basic caricature head
- How to give emotions to your caricature

About the instructor:
Mohammed Bin Essa is a talented self-taught Kuwaiti sculptor. He has delivered several group and one-on-one workshops on caricature sculpting of varying levels in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
He has participated in several exhibitions, including the Regency Hotel Exhibition in 2012, the GCC exhibition in Kuwait in 2014, the Mawaheb Group Exhibition in 2015, and—most recently—the Maker Faire in 2018.
